Dylan was born and raised in San Jose. He attended Archbishop Mitty High School and graduated in 2015.He then went to the University of Southern California where he double majored in Political Science and Economics. Dylan graduated cum laude in 2019 and received a BA in Political Science and BA in Economics. Dylan then took a couple year break from school and worked in HR and Accounts Payable at Valley Services Electronics. Dylan began law school at Santa Clara University in Fall 2021 and received his JD in May 2024. While in law school, he clerked at Advocacy Center for Employment law and Menekshe Law Firm. Dylan began working full time at Menekshe Law firm in August 2024.
